مبارزه تمام نشدنی دولت و وزیر کشاورزی اش علیه کشاورزان

بهره‌گیری از پساب فاضلاب برای توسعه فضای سبز و جایگزینی آن با آب قابل مصرف برای کشاورزی در بخش صنعت، بهره‌گیری از فناوری‌های نوین آبیاری سطحی، توسعه گلخانه‌ها و گیاهان دارویی از لوازم مدیریت آب است.
همانطور که کشاورزی و زراعت ما به علت مدیریت ضعیف آب و اعمال نشدن مدیریت یکپارچه الگوی کشت در وضعیت ضعیف اقتصادی قرار گرفته و کشاورزان مجبور به تغییر شغل شده اند، وضعیت دامداران نیز نامناسب است. فکر کنید که دامدار، حتی برای علوفه مورد استفاده دام نیز مشکل دارد، و مجبور شده است خوراک دام را از خارج با قیمت های بالا خریداری کند. چرا که، تولید نهاده های دامی مثل شبدر، یونجه و ذرت در بخش کشاورزی به مشکل برخورده است.
افزایش حرارت بسبب آلودگی هوا، منجر به از بین رفتن کشت محصولات کشاورزان و آفت خیز شدن آنها میشود. این مورد و سایر و مواردی که به چشم مدیران کشاورزی و شخص وزیر، نیامده است، منجر به از بین رفتن سرمایه کشاورزان میشود.
تمایل به شهرنشینی افزایش یافته است. در بازاری که کافه و شهربازی هست، توجه کمتری به فروشگاه خوراک دام و نهاده ها میشود. بازار به سمتی حرکت کرده است که تولیدات کشاورزی مثل سابق عرضه نمی شود. کمبود تولید، گرانی محصولات، از بین رفتن محصولات با آفت ها، از بین رفتن کشاورزان با سابقه، همه نتایج شرایط بازار امروز است. سیاست مدار، مسیری را برای بخش کشاورزی و دامداری پی گرفته است که به حذف کشاورزان و دامداران و تولیدکنندگان داخلی و جایگزینی آنها با وارد کننده های خارجی می انجامد. همین الآن هم، بازار تا حد زیادی در دست تولیدکنندگان خارجی قرار گرفته است. سیاست مدار با این کار جیب دوستان وارد کننده خود را تقویت کرده و کودکان کشاورز مجبور به کارگری، یا زندگی در فقر تحمیلی این سیاستمدار قرار گرفته اند. به طوریکه در بین کودکان و نوجوانان ما شغل کشاورزی برابر با یکی از کم درآمدترین گروه های شغلی است، و رغبتی به آن ندارد. نسل آینده نیز در بین کشاورزان امروز که میانگین سنی آنها شصت سال است، وجود ندارد.
در حالیکه در کشورهای دیگر، مثل آمریکا و اروپا، دامداران و کشاورزان از متمول ترین قشرهای جامعه هستند. در آمریکا بخصوص، کشاورزان چندین برابر سایر گروه های شغلی پردرآمد ایران، مثل پزشکان و شرکت نفتی ها، درآمد دارند.
سیاستمدار، در حمایت از کار کشاورزی باید در زیرساخت ها، مثل ایجاد سدها و آب بندها، هدایت مسیرهای انتقال آب عمل کند. در حالیکه محصولات کشاورز شمالی که مشکل کمبود آب ندارد، با سیل های کنترل نشده از بین میرود. پس سیاستگذار با اجرا نکردن سدها و آب بندها به کشاورزان شمالی اینگونه ضربه میزند و بعد منت میگذارد که ضرر آنها را در صورت بیمه و چه چه جبران میکند. اینکه وضع کشاورز شمال ماست. تازه به جز دلالها که باقیمانده محصولات آنها را به ثمن بخس میخرند و به قیمت گزاف در تهران و شهرهای دیگر به فروش میرسانند و تمام سود زحمات کشاورز را این دلال، که زیر چتر حمایتی این سیاستمدار قایم شده است میبرد.
کشاورزان در بخش های میانی کشور متهمان آبخواری شمرده میشوند. در بخش میانی با تبلیغات سیاستمدار علیه دامداران و کشاورزان این تولیدکنندگان متهمان ردیف اصلی کمبود آب در کشور معرفی میشوند. در حالیکه متهم اصلی کمبود آب خود سیاستمدار بوده و او وظیفه انتقال آب و تامین آب مورد نیاز این کشاورزان و مردم شهرنشین بخش های مرکزی کشور را دارد. در اینجا، هنوز هم سیاستمدار، آب را به تولیدکنندگان فولاد و پتروشیمی تخصیص میدهد تا محصولات معادن کشور را با هزینه آب و برق و جان مردم ایران به کشورهای دیگر صادر کند.
در بخش جنوبی هم امکان کشاورزی و دامداری پایدار وجود ندارد. در پهنه جنوبی آب فراوان است و خلیج فارس و دریای عمان در کنار این کشاورزان قرار دارد. در اینجا هم سیاستمدار با از بین بردن امنیت این مناطق و همکاری با قاچاقچیان سوخت و سایر ناامن کنندگان، زندگی عادی مردم را سلب کرده است.
امروز، مشاغل زیادی در نواحی شهری ایجاد شده است و مردم به کشاورزی و جایگاه های عرضه آن توجه نمیکنند. مادامی که قیمت نفت بالا بود، رشد اقتصاد ادامه داشت و میتوانست هزینه واردات غذا را بپردازد. امروز با افزایش قیمت دلار به خواست پزشکیان و دولت او، گرانی مواد غذایی مساله ای جدی شده است. چیزی که یا آن را باید در تلاش بیشتر و شبانه روزی کشاورزان برای تبلیغ در نظامهای جدید و به روزتر یافت و یا به نحوی مردم را تشویق کرد تا به کشاورزی علاقه بیشتری پیدا کنند. این مورد اخیر هم در صورتی ممکن میشد که بجای حملات دولت به کشاورزان، سیاستمدار به حمایت از کشاورز میپرداخت.
کشاورزی و تولید انقدر به آب نیاز دارند که در کشوری مثل هندوستان که تعداد زیادی از مردم شغل کشاورزی دارند به پدیده مونسون، وزیر کشاورزی میگویند. یعنی این ابر و باد را که وارد کشورشان میشود، به قدری مدیریت کرده اند که زندگی دو میلیارد نفر مردم هند را اداره میکند و وزیر کشاورزی، در واقع باید همین کار را بکند. ما هم در سیستان و بلوچستان، پدیده مونسون را داریم، ولی این پدیده که در هند موجب کسب درآمد زیاد میشود، در سیستان و بلوچستان که بزرگترین استان کشور است، به کشته شدن بیشتر دام و از بین رفتن محصولات می انجامد، و مردم سیستان مجبور به مهاجرت به گلستان و غیره شده اند.
آنچه که از خود کشاورزان بر می آید تلاش بیشتر برای دستیابی به بازارهای کوچک مستقیم برای خودشان است؛ یعنی لااقل از دست دلال های دولتی در امان بمانند و محصول را مستقیم به خریداران برسانند. اینجا هدفشان، ایجاد بازار هدفمند است. بعنوان مثال در روستای زشک شاندیز وجود انبار کوچک برای خرید سیب باغات محلی این امکان را فراهم کرده است تا کشاورزان بیشتر رغبت به داشت و برداشت محصول خود کنند. چرا که از قبل، از امکان فروش آن مطمئن هستند. به این شخص که انبار دارد میگویند انباردار جمع آوری کننده. در مورد شیر دامپروری نیز جمع آوری رسمی تر و سازمان یافته تری داریم، ولی همین هم در سایه بی توجهی مردم و مسئولین میتواند مورد بی مهری قرار بگیرد، و جایگاهش تضعیف شود.

چند وقت پیش یک کتابی تو کتابهای بازیافتی پیدا کردم که برای عنوانش نوشته بود دیکتاتور.
درباره هیتلر بود و فاشیسم، ولی کلی تصاویر جذاب کارگردانی داشت که آخرش با دیدن آنها، چون محتوا نداشت و فقط تصویر بود، یک جوان ممکن بود از روی فقط تصاویر هیجان زده شود و دلش بخواهد یک دور هم که شده دیکتاتوری هیتلر رو تجربه کنه!
حالا این کتاب جزو کتابهای بدرد نخور یک کتابخانه رد شده بود و بدست من رسیده بود
من هم آن رو جمع کردم و گذاشتم کنار بقیه کتابها که باید خمیر میشدند و بدرد من هم که هر کاغذ پاره ای نگه میداشتم نخورد
با آن چاپ کتاب و افتادنش نزدیکی دست خودم و چندین نمونه محتوا و کتاب دیگه یک نتیجه گرفتم:
دارند تبلیغ دیکتاتوری رو در حد وسیع میکنند.
وقتی نتانیاهو داشت ایران رو با موشک و بمب و مزدور و پهپاد در جنگ دوازده روزه میزد، همزمان ویدئو پخش میکرد و ابراز علاقه به حکومت بر ایران میکرد. کد میدادند و با شبکه های اجتماعی پرطرفدار که از قبل جنگ دوازده روزه برای خودش دست و پا کرده بود، مثل مملکته و غیره برای خودش نیروی جاسوس و مزدور جذب میکرد.
الآن هم همینطور هست.
ترامپ قشنگ پول داده و رپورتاژ آگهیش فضای مطالب آزاد ماها رو هم داره تو این محیط وبلاگ نویسی میگیره که مینویسیم.
از آنطرف گزینه دیگه ای هم به ما تحمیل کرده و آن دولت پزشکیانه. شهید رئیسی رو که با یک روال عادی در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری ایران انتخاب شده بود رو در سانحه هوایی شهید کرد و یک انتخابات فورس ماژوری برای ریاست جمهوری ایران تحمیل کردند.
دولت پزشکیان هم دولتی دیکتاتور منافق از آب در آمده:
دیروز نگذاشتند جلسه حضور دکتر جلیلی، نامزد رقیب پزشکیان با چهارده میلیون رای، در دانشگاه مازندران تشکیل بشه. جلسه موسوی نژاد رو هم نگذاشتند تشکیل بشه و دانشگاه نوشیروانی مجوزش رو لغو کرده. تازه موسوی نژاد میگفت من میخواستم به نفع دولت حرف بزنم و بگم مکانیسم ماشه اتفاق خاصی برای ایران پیش نمی آره.
 به جز این خانم وزیر، فرزانه صادق، که داشته از جمهوری آذربایجان برمیگشته، در حالی که بازرس فرودگاه داشته روال عادی و قانونی گشتن کیف خانم وزیر رو انجام میداده مانع شده و با درگیری لفظی نگذاشته کسی کیفش رو بگرده. همان شب مدیرکل فرودگاه اردبیل رو از کار برکنار کرده! این درحالی بوده که ما هنوز فرضیه ترور شهید رئیسی، رئیس جمهور انتخابی ایران، قبل از دولت پزشکیان، در نزدیکی مرزهای جمهوری آذربایجان رو داشتیم بررسی میکردیم.
با شعام هم اجازه استیضاح پزشکیان رو نمیدهند. یک عده هم تئوریشان این شده که اول باید دیکتاتوری حاکم بشه تا دوره گذار باشه (یک چیزی مثل دیکتاتوری پرولتاریا و اینها)!
در آلمان، چند نفر از نامزدهای حزب مخالف در تصادفی کشته میشوند. در عراق با بمب کنترل از راه دور المشهدانی ترور میشه. الطارمیه هم منفجر میشه. آنجا جایی بوده که قبلا داعش خیلی فعال بوده و میگن با این کارشان قصد داشتند چهره حشد الشعبی عراق رو مخدوش کنند. چارلی کرک در آمریکا، با همان سبک انفجار میکروفن از راه دور، فردای شبی که گفت با صهیونیست ها باید مخالفت کنیم ترور میشه.
از آنطرف دشمنان با کمک شبکه های اجتماعی، در حال پخش تصاویر زشت بکمک هوش مصنوعی هستند که از رهبری آیت الله خامنه ای، جریان را برعکس نشان دهند. شبکه تیک تاک به مالکیت صهیونیست ها در آمده و سانسور بیشتری بر فضای مجازی حاکم شده است. بطوری که حتی ویدئوهای با کلمه juice و آیکون آن به دلیل تشابه با jewish در حال ردگیری و پاک شدن هستند.
آمریکا ونزوئلا رو تهدید کرده و مجوز حمله به این کشور رو هم صادر کرده. از جنگ سه ساله اروپا و ناتو هم با روسیه اگر بخواهیم بگیم، از آن هم کم نگذاشته ان و کوتاهی نمیکنند.
حمله سنگین رژیم صهیونسیتی که امشب جنوب لبنان را زده هم دریابیم. دیروز هم، رئیس کل ستاد مشترک یمن، عبدالکریم الغماری رو شهید کردند. یعنی رژیم صهیونسیتی با همکاری ترامپ در جایی به اسم شرم الشیخ یک قرارداد مسخره ای به اسم آتش بس اعلام کرد و ارتش یمن گفت باشه دیگه کشتی ها رو نمی‌زنیم و اینها از فرصت استفاده کردند و رئیس کل ستاد مشترک ارتش یمن رو زدند. روز قرارداد شرم الشیخ چند نفر از همراهان قطری که قصد داشتند در مذاکره آتش بس حماس شرکت کنند با تصادف از میان برداشته اند.
قبلش هم دولت انتقالی یمن را زده بودند.
ساعاتی قبل هم پدافند هوایی تهران فعال شده بود و اسرائیل بدش نمی آید که یک دور دیگه هم شانسش رو برای زدن رهبران سیاسی و نظامی ما امتحان کنه.
خلاصه اینکه جبهه کفار بشدت فعاله و تمام تلاشش رو می‌کنه به نسل کشی و ساکت کردن صدای حقیقت ادامه بده. این را هم اضافه کنم که دیکتاتوری با هیچ تعریفی، مفهوم و عبارت مناسبی نیست. در جاییکه روش های دیگر اجرای حکومت جواب داده است، در همین خود  ایران و اوایل انقلاب اسلامی ایران، چه لزومی به باز تعریف دیکتاتوری در قالب های جدید است؟

ما اوایل انقلاب، به جز تحمیل جنگ توسط عراق، مشکل دیگری نداشتیم. همین الآنش هم اگر دخالت خارجی نباشد، روند رو به جلو به سمت پیشرفت را ورای تحمیل قدرت ها پیش میگیریم، و نیازی به پذیرش دیکتاتوری و ارعاب و تهدید کشورهای زورگو  و حکومت دست نشانده آنها نداریم؛ دولت های زورگو شاید بتوانند اندکی روی حقیقت خاکستر بنشانند، ولی نمیتوانند شعله عدالت خواهی را خاموش کنند و جلوی گسترش حق را بگیرند.

من این آخری ها توی دو مراسم بزرگ در منطقه خودمون حاضر بودم: یکی حضور در جشن بزرگ و خیابانی امام رضا که چند سال پیش بود و یکی حضور تصویری داشتم در مراسم سالگرد شهید سید حسن نصر الله.

در هر دو، یک نکته برام جالب بود و آن هم اشک امید ریختن مردم در این مراسم ها بود.

موقعی که خیابان امام رضا بودم، شاهد بودم که زائر امام رضا، سالروز میلادش در جشنی حضور پیدا کرده که بلکه به سبب نورافشانی ها غافلگیر شده و اشک میریزد. شاید دلی تنگ داشته که با دیدن نورافشانی ها به ذوق و شوق آمده. امروز که تصویر شعار دادن دختر و پدری لبنانی رو برای گفتن شعار انا علی العهد یا نصرالله دیدم و دیدم که اشک میریختند، یاد آن دل تنگ زائر امام رضا افتادم.

به سبب این حضور امیدوارانه در خیل جمعیت مردمی، من هم متنی که از قبل برای سید حسن نصرالله آماده کرده بودم رو اینجا با شما به اشتراک میذارم:

حزب الله عملیات مهمی در نبرد با رژیم صهیونیستی داره به اسم عملیات بدر. دلیل این نامگذاری، اشاره به همان جدی ترین نبرد اول پیامبر اسلام با مشرکین و دشمنان در سال دوم هجری است. به همین سبب، هم این عملیات مهم تلقی میشه و هم خود جنگ بدر که این عملیات یادآور اونه.

پدر خانم سید حسن نصرالله که، اتفاقا خودش هم مسئول گزینش او بوده، می‌گفت وقتی قرار بود در دهه ۸۰ میلادی (دهه شصت شمسی) عملیاتی بزرگ تحت عنوان عملیة البدر الکبری انجام شود، سید عباس موسوی به برادران ایرانی گفته بود: «شما انگار حواستان نیست که ما کلاً چند نفر هستیم؟ کل موجودیت حزب چیزی در حدود ۳۰۰ نفر است و این عملیات یعنی از بین رفتن همه ما!» در نهایت، نقشه عملیات کمی تغییر کرد، اما در عین پیروزی‌های بزرگ، شهدای فراوان، مجروحان بسیار، و اسیران متعددی نیز حاصل این عملیات شد. 

بعد از ماجرای انفجار پیجرها که منجر به شهادت 37 نفر و مجروح شدن 3400 نفر از اعضای حزب الله لبنان در 27 شهریور 1403 صورت گرفت، خیلی ها نگران حذف فیزیکی حزب الله شدند. اسرائیل پس از آن هم بیکار ننشست و حتی رهبر حزب الله لبنان و جانشین او را هم در چنین روزهایی یعنی 6 مهر 1403 به شهادت رساند. لازم بود جانشین دیگری تعیین کنند و آن موقع بود که همگی با هم میگفتند جنگ بدر در صدر اسلام.

زمان گذشت و نبرد با اسرائیل فراز و فرود داشت تا اینکه سوریه و دمشق هم سقوط کرد. سوریه که در آذر ماه سال گذشته سقوط کرد، همه با دانستن مواضع تاریخی یهودیان، میدانستیم که هدف بعدی ایران است. زمان گذشت و اسرائیل با پشتوانه قطعنامه سه کشور اروپایی و آمریکا جنگ با ایران را کلید زد. یعنی شبش قطعنامه تصویب شد و فردایش اسرائیل حمله کرد. در این حمله، باز ما تعداد زیادی فرمانده و نخبه و مردم را با رقم چیزی حدود 1100 نفر شهید از دست دادیم. آنجا هم باز به یاد جنگ بدر در صدر اسلام افتادیم.

سرلشگر  محمد باقری و سرلشگر حسین سلامی دو نفر از گزینه های حذف توسط اسرائیل بودند که یک ماه بیشتر بود که مستقیم تهدید میشدند. سرلشگر باقری رئیس کل ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران بود، و سردار سلامی فرمانده کل سپاه پاسداران ایران. جا داره که یادی کنم از این شهدای گران قدر همراه با فرمانده های قرارگاه مرکزی خاتم الانبیا شامل غلامعلی رشید و جانشین او، که یادآور امنیت و استقلال کشور در صحت و سلامت بودند.

سردار سلامی قشنگ صحبت میکرد. متن پیام سردار سلامی به سید حسن نصرالله، آن زمانکه زنده بود اینجا می آورم:

خداوند متعال این نعمت خاص را به جنابعالی و رزمندگان مقاومت و مردم بزرگ لبنان ارزانی داشته است تا در راه دفاع از مظلومین فلسطین عزیز و به‌خصوص پولادمردان و بزرگ‌زنان غزه، بدون اندکی درنگ، با جسم و روح و جان عزیزان خود به میدان بیایید و صحنه جنایت ددمنشانه و ذلیلانه صهیونیست‌های بی‌آبرو را به گلستان معطر مقاومت، موفقیت و ظفر مردان عزتمند الهی تبدیل کنید.

I recently attended two major ceremonies in our region: one was a large street celebration of Imam Reza that took place a few years ago, and the other was a visual presence at the anniversary of the martyr Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah.
In both, one thing was interesting to me, and that was the tears of hope that people shed at these ceremonies.
When I was on Imam Reza Street, I witnessed a pilgrim celebrating the anniversary of Imam Reza's birth attending a celebration that was surprised and shedding tears because of the lights. Perhaps he was surprised by the sight of the lights. Today, when I saw a picture of a Lebanese father and daughter chanting the slogan "I am on the covenant or Nasrallah" and saw them shedding tears, I was reminded of the saddened heart of the pilgrim of Imam Reza.
Because of this hopeful presence in the crowd, I am sharing with you the text that I had previously prepared for Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah:
Hezbollah is conducting an important operation in the fight against the Zionist regime, called Operation Badr. The reason for this name is a reference to the first serious battle of the Prophet of Islam with the polytheists and enemies in the second year of the Hijri calendar. For this reason, both this operation and the Battle of Badr itself, which this operation commemorates, are considered important.
Mrs. Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah's father, who, incidentally, was also responsible for her selection, said that when a major operation was to be carried out in the 1980s, Sayyid Abbas Mousavi had said to the Iranian brothers: "You don't seem to realize how many of us there are in total? The entire party is about 300 people, and this operation means the destruction of all of us!" In the end, the plan of the operation changed slightly, but along with great victories, this operation also resulted in many martyrs, many wounded, and many prisoners.
After the pager explosion incident that led to the martyrdom of 37 people and the injury of 3,400 members of Hezbollah in Lebanon on September 27, 2024, many became concerned about the physical elimination of Hezbollah. Israel did not sit idle after that and even martyred the leader of Hezbollah in Lebanon and his successor on such days, i.e. 6th of October 2024. They needed to appoint another successor and that was when everyone was talking about the Battle of Badr at the beginning of Islam.
Time passed and the battle with Israel had its ups and downs until Syria and Damascus also fell. Syria, which fell in December of last year, we all knew, knowing the historical positions of the Jews, that Iran was the next target. Time passed and Israel, with the support of a resolution by three European countries and the United States, started a war with Iran. That is, the resolution was passed that night and Israel attacked the next day. In this attack, we again lost a large number of commanders, elites and people, with a figure of about 1100 martyrs. There, we were again reminded of the Battle of Badr at the beginning of Islam.
Major General Mohammad Baqeri and Major General Hossein Salami were two of the options for elimination by Israel, who had been directly threatened for more than a month. Major General Bagheri was the Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Republic of Iran's Army, and General Salami was the Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps. It is fitting to mention these precious martyrs, along with the commanders of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, including Gholam Ali Rashid and his successor, who were a reminder of the country's security and independence in good health.
General Salami spoke beautifully. I am quoting here the text of General Salami's message to Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah when he was alive:
